Return Policy
If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return
unopened items within 30 days of the purchase date.
Customer pays for all return shipping costs, unless a
mistake was made on our behalf (wrong shipment, broken items, etc.)
Please specify in the Additional Details portion of your
return request if you would like a Merchandise Credit coupon for the full purchase
amount rather than a refund.
How to Return Items:
Please do not send items until you receive confirmation
that your return has been approved.
1. Log
in and click on the My Account link at the top right of the page.
2. Click
Order History.
3. Select
the order you would like to return items from by clicking the green eye icon to
the right.
4. Click
on the red arrow next to the item you would like to return.
5. You
will be redirected to a page where you can tell us why you would like to return
your item and give us any details about the issue.
6. Fill
out the form and click Submit.
7. We
will let you know if your return request has been approved within 3-5 business
days.
8. If
your request has been approved, send your items to us at:

9. Once
